Spectrotel “Goes Green” with the Arbor Day Foundation, Customers get Incentives to Start Online Billing
Neptune, NJ., Dec. 15, 2008 -- Spectrotel, a New Jersey based provider of phone and internet services, has partnered with the Arbor Day Foundation to encourage customers to go paperless by subscribing to Spectrotel’s online billing system. For each new online billing subscription Spectrotel makes a contribution to the Arbor Day Foundation.
By enrolling in the online billing program customers will no longer receive paper statements in the mail. According to Ross Artale, VP of Operations at Spectrotel, “Eliminating paper statements, we estimate that initiatives such as this will save thousands of trees each year. But just as important it’s a smart business decision for us and our customers.” All Spectrotel customers are eligible for this promotion.
Spectrotel’s contributions to the Arbor Day Foundation are earmarked to support the foundation’s tree planting programs in national forests and education initiatives across the country. Customers also receive a $5.00 bill credit for signing up. “We are committed to making it easy for our customers to join us and the Arbor Day Foundation in helping to protect the environment,” said Artale.
